Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a headrest device which comprises: a base plate fixedly installed inside a headrest, wherein a hinge connection member is provided in a side portion; a wing plate installed to be rotated in a front and rear direction through the hinge connection member on the base plate; and a guide connection member having a rotary unit coupled to an end portion of the wing plate to be rotated with the wing plate and a guide unit coupled to a side portion of the base plate and connected to the rotary unit to guide rotation of the rotary unit. The headrest device can comfortably support the head of a passenger. 본 발명에서는 헤드레스트 내부에 고정 설치되고, 측부에 힌지연결부재가 구비된 베이스 플레이트; 상기 베이스 플레이트에 힌지연결부재를 통해 전후방향으로 회전 가능하도록 설치된 윙 플레이트; 및 상기 윙 플레이트의 단부에 결합되어 윙 플레이트와 함께 회전되는 회전부와 상기 베이스 플레이트의 측부에 결합되고, 회전부가 연결되어 회전부의 회전을 가이드하는 가이드부로 구성된 가이드연결부재;를 포함하는 헤드레스트 장치가 소개된다.
