Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an internal membrane apparatus for alleviating a pressure change. According to the present invention, the internal membrane apparatus for alleviating a pressure change comprises: a container (100) wherein a component is mounted and an inspection device (110) is formed in one side; and a membrane device (200) mounted in the inspection device (110) to protrude toward the inside of the container (100). According to the present invention, an internal pressure change in the storage container which is inevitably generated in accordance with a temperature change around the container is minimized by a flow hole which is formed in the membrane apparatus and has high flow conductance in order to reduce introduction of wet steam toward the inside of the container through a defect hole, which has low flow conductance in general and where inflow and outflow are continuously generated in proportion to the pressure change, of the storage container induced by welding and assembling works. 본 발명은 압력변화 완화용 내장형 멤브레인 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 압력변화 완화용 용기 내장형 멤브레인 장치는 내부에 부품(120)이 탑재되며, 일측에 점검구(110)가 형성된 용기(100); 및 상기 용기(100)의 내부를 향해 돌출되도록 상기 점검구(110)에 장착된 멤브레인장치(200);를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 멤브레인장치에 형성된 통기특성(Flow Conductance)이 큰 통기 구멍에 의해 용기 주위 온도 변화에 따라 불가피하게 발생하는 수용 용기 내부의 압력 변화가 최소화되므로 용접과 조립에 따라 발생하는 수용 용기의 결함구멍(대체적으로 통기 특성이 적으나, 압력 차이에 비례하여 지속적으로 유출입이 발생)을 통한 습증기의 용기 내부로의 유입이 줄어드는 효과가 있다.
