SPRING PAD WITH ISOLATING STRUCTURE OF DUST

The present invention relates to a spring pad having a structure of suppressing the inflow of foreign substances and, more specifically, to a spring pad having a structure of suppressing the inflow of foreign substances in order to prevent foreign substances from flowing in by suppressing the generation of a gap between a coil spring and the spring pad. The spring pad of the present invention has a groove formed in the upper side by being mounted by inserting a lower end part of the coil spring forming a suspension system and has the structure of suppressing the inflow of foreign substances. The spring pad has the groove having a cross sectional structure of a semicircular shape, has a protruding part formed as a part of the groove and having a structure protruding from the inside of the cross sectional area of the semicircular shape formed by the groove, forms the protruding part in the inner end side of the groove in order to be positioned inside the spring pad in the cross sectional structure of the semicircular shape formed by the groove, protrudes from the inside of the groove while having a linear structure of connecting two points positioned on the circumference of the semicircular shape structure formed by the groove, and has a structure extended to the end of the opposite side from an end of the groove in the longitudinal direction of the groove. 본 발명은 이물질 유입 억제구조를 갖는 스프링 패드에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 코일스프링과의 사이에 틈새가 발생되는 것을 억제하여 이물질의 유입을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 이물질 유입 억제구조를 갖는 스프링 패드를 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 현가장치를 구성하는 코일스프링의 하단부가 삽입되어 안착되는 홈이 상면에 형성된 스프링 패드에 있어서, 상기 홈은 반원형의 단면구조를 갖되, 홈이 형성하는 반원형 단면영역의 내측으로 돌출된 구조를 갖는 돌출부가 홈의 일부로써 형성되며, 상기 돌출부는 홈이 형성하는 반원형 단면구조상에서 스프링 패드의 내측에 위치하도록 홈의 내측단측에 형성되되, 홈이 형성하는 반원형 구조의 원주 상에 위치하는 두 점을 연결하는 직선형의 구조를 이루면서 홈의 내측으로 돌출되고, 홈의 길이방향을 따라 홈의 한쪽 끝단으로부터 반대쪽 끝단으로 연장되는 구조로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이물질 유입 억제구조를 갖는 스프링 패드를 제공한다.
