OIL LEAKAGE DECTECTING DEVICE OF HYDRAULIC VALVE

The present invention relates to an oil leakage detection device for a hydraulic valve. The oil leakage detection device transmits an alert text message to an oil leakage management network computer or a mobile phone of an administrator by automatically generating an oil leakage alarm upon sensing a change in a dielectric constant due to the difference of the capacitance of the air and oil leaking in a connection point of hydraulic pipelines and a hydraulic valve and automatically operates an emergency safety valve installed on the hydraulic pipelines with the oil leakage, thereby blocking the oil leakage. The present invention enables an administrator to easily check whether there is an occurrence of an oil leakage from a remote location on a real-time basis and to prevent the oil from leaking additionally before the administrator arrives at the scene to repair the oil leakage through the automatic oil leakage blocking function, thereby preventing additional failures of the corresponding hydraulic device or system having the hydraulic device installed thereon. 본 발명은 유압밸브의 누유감지장치에 관한 것으로, 유압밸브와 유압관로의 연결지점에서 누설되는 오일과 공기의 정전용량 차이로 인한 비유전율의 변화가 감지되면 자동으로 누유 경보를 발생하여 관리자의 이동전화기로 경보문자메시지를 전송하거나 누유관리용 네트워크 컴퓨터로 전달하고, 누유가 발생한 유압관로에 설치된 비상용 안전밸브를 자동으로 작동하여 누유를 차단한다. 본 발명에 따르면 관리자가 원격지에서 실시간으로 누유여부를 용이하게 확인할 수 있고, 자동 누유 차단을 통해 관리자가 고장 수리를 위해 현장에 출동하기 전까지 추가 누유를 방지함으로써 해당 유압밸브가 설치되어 있는 해당 유압장치나 유압시스템에서의 추가적인 고장을 예방할 수 있다.
