Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides an X-ray non-destructive test device capable of inspecting a large object to be tested which is difficult to be moved. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the X-ray non-destructive test device comprises: an X-ray generator generating X-rays, and radiating the X-rays through a radiation window included on a lower side; an X-ray generator housing accommodating and shielding the X-ray generator, having a radiation hole on the lower side corresponding to the radiation window; a shielding hood housing extended by protruding downwards from the X-ray generator housing to extend the radiation hole of the X-ray generator housing, and shielding an area in which the X-rays are radiated by the X-ray generator; a film mounting member having a surface to which a sensitive film is attached, wherein an object to be tested are mounted on the surface thereof; a film mounting member raising and dropping unit raising the film mounting member in order for a lower end of the shielding hood housing to be in contact with the film mounting member, or dropping the film mounting member in order for the lower end of the shielding hood housing to be separated from the film mounting member; and a shielding member enclosing a circumferential surface of the lower end of the shielding hood housing in a form of a circumferential band, and to block an external exposure of the X-rays in a gap between the lower end of the shielding hood housing and the film mounting member.
본 발명의 실시 형태는, X 선을 발생시켜 하방으로 구비된 조사창을 통하여 조사하는 X선 발생기; 상기 X선 발생기를 수용하여 차폐하면서 상기 조사창이 구비된 위치에 대응되는 위치의 하면에 조사공이 형성되는 X선 발생기 하우징; 상기 X선 발생기 하우징의 조사공을 연장하도록 상기 X선 발생기 하우징에서 하방으로 돌출되어 연장되고, 상기 X선 발생기에서 조사되는 X선이 조사되는 영역을 차폐시키는 차폐후드 하우징; 감광필름이 부착된 표면을 가지며, 상기 표면에 검사대상물이 안착되는 필름안착부재; 상기 차폐후드 하우징의 하단과 필름안착부재가 접하도록 상기 필름안착부재를 상승시키거나, 상기 차폐후드 하우징의 하단과 필름안착부재가 이격되도록 상기 필름안착부재를 하강시키는 필름안착부재 승하강부; 및 차폐후드 하우징의 하단과 필름안착부재간의 이격틈 사이로 X선의 외부 노출을 차단하기 위하여, 상기 차폐후드 하우징의 하단의 둘레표면을 둘레띠 형태로 감싸며 높이 지점이 가변될 수 있는 차폐부재;를 포함할 수 있다. |
