The oxygen tube approaches the solidified substance through an interior of the housing, and the furnace gas inflow preventing means prevents furnace gas including vapor in the furnace from flowing into the housing through a front end of the housing while the oxygen tube approaches the front end of the housing. According to the present invention, when the oxygen tube is inserted into the iron notch to penetrate the solidified substance in the blast furnace, fire in the oxygen tube can be prevented from being extinguished.
