APPARATUS FOR PENETRATING SOLIDIFIED IRON IN BLAST FURNACE

Disclosed is an apparatus to penetrate a solidified substance in a blast furnace, penetrating the solidified substance solidified on an interior of the blast furnace to block an iron notch. The apparatus to penetrate the solidified substance in the blast furnace comprises: a housing; an oxygen tube; and a furnace gas inflow preventing means. The housing has a cylindrical shape, and is inserted into the iron notch. The oxygen tube approaches the solidified substance through an interior of the housing, and the furnace gas inflow preventing means prevents furnace gas including vapor in the furnace from flowing into the housing through a front end of the housing while the oxygen tube approaches the front end of the housing. According to the present invention, when the oxygen tube is inserted into the iron notch to penetrate the solidified substance in the blast furnace, fire in the oxygen tube can be prevented from being extinguished. 고로의 노내에서 용착되어 출선구를 막고 있는 용착물을 관통시키기 위한 고로 용착물 관통 장치를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 고로 융착물 관통 장치는 출선구 내로 삽입되는 원통관 형상의 하우징, 하우징의 내부를 통해 용착물까지 진입되는 산소 튜브, 및 산소 튜브가 하우징의 전단까지 진입되는 동안 노내의 수증기를 포함하는 고로 가스가 하우징의 전단부를 통해 하우징 내부로 유입되는 것을 방지하는 고로 가스 유입 방지 수단을 포함한다.
