Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method to manufacture pure nickel plates from high fluorine containing nickel slimes and treating acid washing and water washing solutions of nickel slimes and, more specifically, relates to the method to manufacture pure nickel plates from high fluorine containing nickel slime solutions and to treat acid washing and water washing solutions of nickel slime comprising: a step of adding one hydroxide solution selected from a group consisting of NaOH, Ca(OH)_2, and KOH after the solutions of nickel slime are acid washed and water washed, and the iron and fluorine contained in the nickel slime removed by solid-liquid separation; a step of melting the nickel slime by applying power after the nickel slime from which the iron and fluorine have been removed are inserted in a high-frequency induction furnace; and a step of pouring and cooling the melted nickel slime in a casting mold.
본 발명은 고농도 불소 함유 니켈 슬라임으로부터 고순도 니켈판의 제조방법 및 니켈 슬라임의 산세 및 수세액의 처리방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 니켈 슬라임을 산세 및 수세시킨 후 NaOH, Ca(OH)및 KOH로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종의 수산화물 용액을 첨가하고 고액분리시켜 니켈 슬라임에 포함된 철 및 불소를 제거하는 단계; 상기 철 및 불소가 제거된 니켈 슬라임을 고주파 유도로에 투입한 후 전력을 인가하여 니켈 슬라임을 용융시키는 단계; 및 상기 용융된 니켈 슬라임을 주조틀에 붓고 냉각시키는 단계;를 포함하는 고농도 불소 함유 니켈 슬라임으로부터 고순도 니켈판의 제조방법 및 니켈 슬라임의 산세 및 수세액의 처리방법에 관한 것이다. |
