AN INDUSTRIAL VACUUM CLEANER USING COMPRESSED AIR

An industrial vacuum cleaner using compressed air according to the present invention comprises: a dust collection tank (10) having a moving means (12) disposed on a bottom thereof and a filter (16) whose upper portion is opened is disposed therein; a suction hose (20) wherein a suction means (22) is disposed on one end thereof, and the other end thereof is connected to the dust collection tank (10); a mounting plate (30) provided with a discharge hole (31) on a middle portion thereof and mounted on an upper portion of the dust collection tank (10); a lower case (42) provided with a through hole (41) on a middle portion thereof and mounted on an upper portion of the mounting plate (30); an upper case (46) provided with a space of a fixed size formed therein and mounted on the lower case (42); a sealing plate (50) provided with a penetration hole (52) and mounted on an upper portion of the lower case (42); and an air discharge device (60) comprising an air discharge pipe (62) which is provided with an inflow hole (61) formed on one side thereof and an annular air flow channel (63) connected to the inflow hole (61) therein and which is penetration-mounted on a support plate, an air injection end (66) having an opening/closing means (65), wherein a portion of one side thereof penetrates one side of the upper case (46) and is extended to the inside of the upper case (46), and an air inflow pipe (64) wherein a portion of one side thereof is connected to the inflow hole (61) and a portion of the extending other side thereof is connected to the portion of one side of the air injection end (66). 본 발명은, 바닥에는 이동수단(12)이 구비되며, 내부에는 상부가 개구된 필터(16)가 구비되는 집진탱크(10)와; 일측단부에는 흡입수단(22)이 마련되며 타측단부는 집진탱크(10)와 연통되는 흡입호스(20)와; 중앙부위에 배출공(31)이 형성되어 집진탱크(10) 상부에 장착되는 거치판(30)과; 중앙부위에 통공(41)이 형성되어 거치판(30) 상부에 고정결합되는 하부케이스(42)와; 내부에 일정크기의 공간이 형성되어 하부케이스(42)에 고정결합되는 상부케이스(46)와; 관통공(52)이 마련되어 하부케이스(42) 상부에 고정결합되는 밀폐판(50)과; 일측면에는 유입공(61)이 형성되며 내면에는 유입공(61)과 연통되는 공기유로(63)가 환형으로 형성되어 지지판에 관통결합되는 공기배출관(62)과, 개폐수단(65)이 마련되되 일측부위는 상부케이스(46)의 일측면을 관통하여 상부케이스 내부로 연장되며 타측부위는 고압공기주입호스(1)와 연결되는 공기주입단(66)과, 일측부위는 유입공(61)과 연결되며 연장되는 타측부위는 공기주입단(66)의 일측부위와 연결되는 공기유입관(62)으로 이루어지는 공기배출장치(60)를; 포함하여 이루어지는 압축공기를 이용한 산업용 진공청소기를 제공한다.
