The quinolone compound [^11C] of the present invention is useful as a radioactive ligand which is specifically bonded with respect to mGluR5, and is useful as an imaging agent for progressing or relieving diseases derived from overexpression of mGluR5. 본 발명은 방사성 표지된 [C]퀴놀린 화합물이 포함된 방사성 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 [C]퀴놀린 화합물은 mGluR5에 대하여 특이적으로 결합 결합하는 방사성 리간드로 유용하므로, mGluR5의 과다 발현으로 유래된 질환의 진행 또는 완화를 모니터링하기 위한 영상화제로 유용하다.
