The present invention relates to a high-frequency therapeutic device for knee joints, which comprises: a first therapeutic device as a high-frequency therapeutic device including a first main body part having a hollow structure with the lower surface opened, a first protective cover connected to the inner surface of the first main body part, and a first vent hole formed on the upper part of the first main body part; a second therapeutic device as a high-frequency therapeutic device including a second main body part having a hollow structure with the lower surface opened, a second protective cover connected to the inner surface of the second main body part, a second vent hole formed on the upper part of the second main body part, and a cable connector, wherein the second therapeutic device is electrically connected to the first therapeutic device by a power control cable connected to the cable connector; a pair of low-frequency pads having silicone pad parts supplied respectively to both sides of the first and the second vent holes, low-frequency electrodes embedded in the silicone pad parts, and connecting protrusions respectively integrated into the low-frequency electrodes, wherein the connecting protrusions penetrate the protective covers respectively to be electrically connected to a low-frequency circuit part; and a controller controlling the first therapeutic device, the second therapeutic device, and the low-frequency pads, wherein detachable low-frequency pads which can apply high-frequency thermal therapy to skin core and improve blood circulation by far infrared rays according to selection of a user are added to allow the user to perform complex physical therapy. 본 발명은 고주파 무릎 관절 치료기에 관한 것으로, 고주파 치료기로써 하부면이 개방된 중공구조의 제 1 몸체부와, 상기 제 1 몸체부의 내부면에 결합된 제 1 보호 커버와, 상기 제 1 몸체부의 상부에 제공된 제 1 통기구를 갖는 제 1 치료기와; 고주파 치료기로써 하부면이 개방된 중공구조의 제 2 몸체부와, 상기 제 2 몸체부의 내부면에 결합된 제 2 보호 커버와, 상기 제 2 몸체부의 상부에 제공된 제 2 통기구 및 케이블 접속구를 갖으며, 상기 접속구에 접속된 전원 제어케이블에 의해 상기 제 1 치료기와 전기적 연결되는 제 2 치료기와; 상기 제 1 및 제 2 통기구의 양측면에 각기 제공된 실리콘 패드부와, 상기 실리콘 패드부에 내장된 저주파 전극과, 상기 저주파 전극에 각기 일체로 형성된 결합돌기를 갖으며, 상기 결합돌기들이 각기 상기 보호 커버들을 관통하여 저주파 회로부와 통전되는 한 쌍의 저주파 패드와; 상기 제 1 치료기, 상기 제 2 치료기 및 상기 저주파 패드를 제어하는 제어기로 구성됨으로써, 사용자의 선택에 따라 고주파의 피부 심부 온열치료와 원적외선의 혈행 개선 및 탈착 가능한 저주파 패드를 부가하여 복합적인 물리 치료를 구현할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
