The present invention provides an upper and lower separation type-raid connection apparatus for a prestressed high strength concrete (PHC) pile, comprising: a first mount panel installed on a first pile and including a first coupling hole part; a second mount panel installed on a second pile and including a second coupling hole part; a first connection part integrally formed on the first mount panel and the second mount panel and including a first connection hole part; a second connection part integrally formed on the second mount panel where the first connection part is not formed or integrally formed on the first mount panel and including a second connection hole part; and a coupling member integrally connecting the first connection part with the second connection part.
