Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is an anaerobic treatment facility for a high concentration organic wastewater treatment. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the anaerobic treatment facility may, as facility of treating methane fermentation of high concentration organic wastewater passed through acid fermentation in an anaerobic environment, include: a digesting tank; a circular inlet pipe which has multiple sludge discharging nozzles for uniformly supplying wastewater to the lower part of the digesting tank; a circular inhaling pipe which has multiple sludge inhaling nozzles; a circulating pump which is connected to the end of the circular inhaling pipe and re-induces a part of the wastewater, that is raised up at a fixed height, in the digesting tank; a scum and methane gas collecting unit which is installed in the central upper part of the digesting tank and has a skirt-shaped hood; a baffle which is installed on the wall of the digesting tank in the lower part of the hood in order for the scum and the methane gas generated during the methane fermentation to flow to the scum and methane gas collecting unit; and a process water discharging wear unit which is installed around the discharging side of the scum and methane gas collecting unit in the upper part of the digesting tank and forms a discharging path for discharging process water from which the sludge and the methane gas are separated.
고농도 유기성폐수 처리를 위한 혐기성 처리시설이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 혐기성 처리시설은, 산발효를 거친 고농도의 유기성폐수를 혐기적 환경에서 메탄발효 처리하기 위한 시설로서, 소화조와, 상기 소화조 하부에 폐수를 균등하게 공급하기 위해 다수의 슬러지배출노즐을 구비한 순환형 유입배관과, 다수의 슬러지흡입노즐을 구비한 순환흡입배관과, 순환흡입배관 말단에 연결되며 소화조 내 일정 높이까지 상승한 폐수 중 일부를 유입배관으로 재유입시키는 순환펌프와, 소화조 상부 중앙에 설치되며 스커트 모양의 후드를 구비한 스컴 및 메탄가스 포집부와, 메탄발효과정에서 발생한 스컴 및 메탄가스가 후드를 통해 스컴 및 메탄가스 포집부로 유동될 수 있도록 후드 하부의 소화조 벽면에 설치되는 배플과, 소화조 상부의 스컴 및 메탄가스 포집부 배출 측 주변에 설치되며 슬러지와 메탄가스가 분리된 처리수 배출을 위한 퇴수로를 형성하는 처리수배출웨어부를 포함하여 구성됨을 요지로 한다. |
