Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a Formica truncicola powder having enhanced antioxidant activity, the Formica truncicola powder manufactured thereby, a processed food containing the Formica truncicola powder, and a method to enhance antioxidant activity in the Formica truncicola powder. The manufacturing method of the Formica truncicola powder comprises the following steps: (a) taking out after immersing dried Formica truncicola into an alkaline aqueous solution; (b) extracting by adding an ethanol aqueous solution to the Formica truncicola taken out from the step (a), filtering out, and separating ethanol extracts thereafter; (c) extracting by adding proteases and purified water into the Formica truncicola extracts left over after a separation of the ethanol extracts in the step (b); and (d) freeze-drying after mixing the ethanol extracts from the step (b) and the extracts from the step (c), and then filtering out the same.
