Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lightweight molded seat product for a vehicle by using a synthetic resin air cushion assembly and a lightweight molded seat product for a vehicle manufactured by the same method. More specifically, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a lightweight molded seat product for a vehicle and a lightweight molded seat product for a vehicle manufactured by the same wherein a polyurethane molded foam product to be applied a seat cushion and a seat back of a vehicle is manufactured by inserting a cushion assembly made of a synthetic resin foam body so that the total weight can be significantly reduced and the weight of the vehicle can be reduced and accordingly fuel consumption can be reduced. A vehicle seat manufactured by using the lightweight molded seat product for a vehicle manufactured by a technology according to the present invention is mainly applied as a seat used for a second row and a third row, which are not used much relatively, without influencing on seating sensation of passengers and has a significantly reduced weight when compared to an existing seat. Therefore, the total weight of the vehicle can be reduced. Accordingly, the method of the present invention can contribute to increasing fuel efficiency of the vehicle. At the same time, production costs can be reduced as the amount of a polyurethane foaming agent which is used can be reduced.
