MEMORY MANAGEMENT APPARATUS AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed are a memory control device and a control method of the memory control device which can guarantee an optimized writing performance constantly even if using a NAND flash memory, which has a characteristic of not having a constant writing performance like a SSD, as a cache device. The memory control device includes: a state verifying unit for verifying a state of cache memory; a determining unit for determining whether or not to permit a write buffering related to the cache memory; and a memory control unit for recording data according to a writing request in the cache memory if the write buffering is permitted, and delivering the writing request to other memory instead of the cache memory if the write buffering is not permitted once the writing request is received from the outside.
