Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a reactor using a plasma torch and more particularly, to a reactor capable of generating and reacting a plasma in high pressure conditions and to a method for synthesizing a nitrogen oxide by using the reactor. The present invention relates to a high-pressure electromagnetic wave plasma torch device, the device comprising: a plasma generation unit; a microwave generation unit for transmitting microwave to the plasma generation unit; and a plasma source gas injection unit for injecting a plasma source gas to the plasma generation unit, wherein the plasma generation unit penetrates a transmission line of microwave of the microwave generation unit; includes a first pressure valve at an outlet of a plasma torch generation zone of the plasma generation unit; includes a second pressure valve at an inlet for injecting the plasma source gas; and is configured to maintain the pressure exceeding the atmospheric pressure when plasma is generated.
