Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a road surface structure for improving the visibility of a lane in case of rain at night and an installation method thereof and, more specifically, to a road surface structure and an installation method thereof capable of improving the visibility of a lane to reduce accident possibility in case of rain at night by embedding light emitting diodes (LED) along painted parts of the lane at a predetermined interval. The present invention obtains the visibility of the lane as a night identification sensor and a rain sensor are operated in case of rain at night using a lane visibility improvement technology in case of rain at night to apply an electric current such that the LEDs can emits the light to the upper part of a transparent silicon; and has short construction period and low cost increase as the construction is not difficult and the work is efficiently performed by being installed and constructed with a simple method. Also, the present invention is not damaged or separated even in the frequent driving of a vehicle and is easily maintained and repaired at low prices. The road surface structure comprises the LEDs, the night identification sensor, the rain sensor, and the transparent silicon.
