Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a betavoltaic battery which includes a first step of preparing a radioactive isotope Ni-63; a second step of generating the radioactive isotope Ni-63 of a sulfate state by dissolving the radioactive isotope Ni-63 in a sulfuric acid solution; a third step of injecting the sulfuric acid solution with the dissolved radioactive isotope Ni-63 of the sulfate state into an electroless plating solution; a fourth step of electroless-plating a radioactive isotope layer (300) on one side of a pn junction semiconductor (200) by using the electroless plating solution, and a fifth step of drying and thermally treating the pn junction semiconductor (200) and the radioactive isotope layer (300).
