Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a remaining gas discharging device of a gas tank. According to the present invention, a gas discharging pipe is installed in a flange, and a gas is discharged to the outside through a gas flow hole and a gas outlet hole. A protrusion is formed on an outer circumferential surface of a lower portion of a nozzle, and a disk-shaped locking member is provided to the inner circumferential surface of the gas discharge pipe. Moreover, the locking member has an extended cutting portion. The locking protrusion is formed on the outer circumferential surface of an upper side of the nozzle, and the cylindrical locking member of which a lower portion is opened is provided to a center of the flange. The protrusion is inserted into the locking member. Therefore, according to the present invention, the remaining gas discharging device prevents, in advance, a safety accident such as a fire and burn since the waste gas tank is exploded in high temperature.
