DISC-SCREEN ASSEMBLY OF SUPPLYING BIOMASS TO BOILER FOR POWERSTATION

The present invention relates to a disk screen apparatus for screening biomass supplied to a boiler for thermal power generation. The disk screen apparatus comprises: a case in which sides and an upper surface are closed, forming a box shape and a lower portion is opened; an inlet formed in the upper side of the case to communicate with a hollow portion and being inputted with solid fuel transported from outside; and a circular screening member mounted inside the case and having a plurality of circular disks mounted and for screening solid fuel, inputted to a space formed between adjacent circular disks, in accordance with a size of solid fuel wherein the inlet has an input inclination plate which is mounted to be inclined and wherein the circular screening member includes: a rotary shaft; and a plurality of circular disks mounted to be spaced apart at predetermined intervals on the rotary shaft and wherein the circular disk includes: grinding grooves and projections formed to intersect on a circular plate having a flat plate. According to such configuration, it is possible to screen a portion that can be used as solid fuel and a portion that cannot be used as solid fuel in accordance with a predetermined volume, and in particular, an impact caused to the disk screen apparatus dude to the inputted solid fuel, can be minimized.
