Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a soundproof panel assembly to reduce diffraction noise. A structure of the soundproof panel assembly is improved to reduce noise diffracted to an upper end part of a soundproof wall formed by stacking soundproof assemblies. The assembly comprises: a front plate (110) having an inlet hole (114) where noise is introduced; a back plate (120) having a side part (121) where the front plate (110) is coupled; a noise interference device (130) provided to an inner space formed by the front plate (110) and the back plate (120), and destructive interfering the noise introduced through the inlet hole (114); and a first sound absorbing material (140) received in the inner space to absorb the noise introduced through the front plate (110). 방음판 조립체들이 적층되어 형성된 방음벽의 상단부로 회절되는 소음을 감소시킬 수 있도록 그 구조가 개량된 회절소음 감소를 위한 방음판넬 조립체에 관한 것이다. 이 조립체는 소음이 유입되는 유입공(114)이 형성된 전면판(110)과; 전면판(110)이 결합되는 측면부(121)가 형성된 배면판(120)과; 전면판(110)과 배면판(120)으로 형성되는 내부공간에 마련되며 유입공(114)을 통하여 유입된 소음을 상쇄간섭시키는 소음 간섭구(130)와; 내부공간에 수용되어 전면판(110)을 통하여 유입되는 소음을 흡음하는 제1흡음재(140);를 구비한다.
