According to the present invention, an outdoor unit of an air conditioner comprises: a printed circuit board where a heat-emitting element is installed; an electrical box where the printed circuit board is installed and an opened portion is formed; a heat dissipation plate positioned to be penetrated by the opened portion and coming in contact with the heat-emitting element; a refrigerant tube coming in contact with the heat dissipation plate and where a refrigerant passes. The heat dissipation plate has an inclined upper surface, which is formed in the upper portion, inclined toward the lower portion of the outside of the electrical box to minimize the number of components and minimize penetration of foreign substances to the electrical box. 본 발명에 따른 공기조화기의 실외기는 발열소자가 설치된 인쇄회로기판과; 인쇄회로기판이 설치되고 개구부가 형성된 전장박스와; 개구부에 관통되게 위치되고 발열소자와 접촉되는 방열판과; 방열판에 접촉되고 냉매가 통과하는 냉매튜브를 포함하고, 방열판은 상부에 전장박스의 외측 하부를 향하는 방향으로 경사진 경사 상면이 형성되어, 부품수를 최소화하면서 전장박스로 이물질이 침투되는 것을 최소화할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
