Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a functional paper containing a nanosilver particle-pulp composite and a preparation method thereof. According to the present invention, pulp and a silver precursor solution are mixed to be reacted in an autoclave so as to allow the nanosilver particle to be self-synthesized to cellulose and a lignin component being in a wood fiber of the pulp, thus the nanosilver particle-pulp composite in a form of which the nanosilver particle is coupled to the pulp, can be prepared, and also the functional paper manufactured by using the same can be used for not only printing paper, note paper, home and sanitation paper but also packaging paper for foods and agricultural products or medical devices and medical products, since the functional paper has antibiosis.
본 발명은 은나노 입자-펄프 컴포지트(nano silver particles-pulp composite)를 함유하는 기능성 제지 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 펄프와 은 전구체 용액을 혼합하여 오토클레이브에서 반응시킴으로써, 펄프 내 목재섬유에 존재하는 셀룰로오스와 리그닌 성분에 은나노 입자가 자체적으로 합성되도록 하고, 이러한 은나노 입자가 펄프에 결합 되어 있는 형태의 은나노 입자-펄프 컴포지트를 제조할 수 있으며, 이를 이용하여 제조된 기능성 제지는 항균성을 가져, 인쇄용지, 필기용지, 가정·위생 용지뿐만 아니라 식품, 농산물 또는 의료기기, 의약품 포장용 종이로도 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. |
