Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a high performance concrete manufacturing apparatus using a process of mixing air bubble and mixtures to concrete and removing air and a manufacturing method thereof wherein a high performance is manufactured by the following steps of mixing air bubbles with concrete and accordingly increasing slump of the concrete; injecting mixtures into the concrete with increased slump and forming a mixed concrete; and removing high-pressurized air included in the mixed concrete, when discharging the mixed concrete to a shooting guiding member, while shotting the high performance concrete with decreased slump whose amount is similar to usual concrete.
본 발명은 보통콘크리트에 기포를 혼합하여 보통콘크리트의 슬럼프를 증가시킨 상태에서 혼합재료를 투입 후, 혼합부재로 혼합하여 혼합콘크리트를 형성하고, 이 혼합콘크리트를 숏팅안내부재로 배출할 때, 고압의 공기로 혼합콘크리트에 포함된 공기를 소산시키면서 보통콘크리트의 슬럼프 범위로 감소된 고성능 콘크리트를 숏팅하는 보통콘크리트에 기포 및 혼합재료를 혼입하고 소산하는 과정을 통한 고성능 콘크리트 제조장치 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. |
