MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FOR HIGHLY EFFICIENT CONCRETE THAT HAVE BEEN UNDERGOING PROCESS OF MIXING AND DISSIPATING AIR AND MIXING MATERIALS ON COMMON CONCRETE

The present invention relates to a high performance concrete manufacturing apparatus using a process of mixing air bubble and mixtures to concrete and removing air and a manufacturing method thereof wherein a high performance is manufactured by the following steps of mixing air bubbles with concrete and accordingly increasing slump of the concrete; injecting mixtures into the concrete with increased slump and forming a mixed concrete; and removing high-pressurized air included in the mixed concrete, when discharging the mixed concrete to a shooting guiding member, while shotting the high performance concrete with decreased slump whose amount is similar to usual concrete. 본 발명은 보통콘크리트에 기포를 혼합하여 보통콘크리트의 슬럼프를 증가시킨 상태에서 혼합재료를 투입 후, 혼합부재로 혼합하여 혼합콘크리트를 형성하고, 이 혼합콘크리트를 숏팅안내부재로 배출할 때, 고압의 공기로 혼합콘크리트에 포함된 공기를 소산시키면서 보통콘크리트의 슬럼프 범위로 감소된 고성능 콘크리트를 숏팅하는 보통콘크리트에 기포 및 혼합재료를 혼입하고 소산하는 과정을 통한 고성능 콘크리트 제조장치 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
