Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a system to control a multiplexing operation having a virtual control structure to effectively operate a duplexed electro-hydrostatic actuator (EHA). The system to control the multiplexing operation comprises: a first controller and a second controller to control operation of the duplexed EHA through a real control channel in accordance with an operation command; and a third controller to control an operation control right of the first controller and the second controller through a virtual control channel by determining malfunction in a control channel of the first controller and the second controller based on an operation result of a hydrostatic actuator by the first controller and the second controller in accordance with the operation command. The present invention has an effect of preventing loss of a function of the entire hydrostatic actuator system by a malfunction in a single channel of a hydrostatic actuator, and prevents malfunction in a single channel inside a controller to operate the hydrostatic actuator.
이중화된 전기 유압 작동기(Electro-Hydrostatic Actuator: EHA)를 효율적으로 구동하기 위한 가상 제어 구조를 갖는 다중화 구동 제어시스템으로, 구동 명령에 따라 실제 제어 채널을 통해 상기 이중화된 유압 작동기의 구동을 제어하는 제1,제2제어기; 및 구동 명령에 따라 제1,제2제어기에 의한 유압 작동기의 구동결과를 근거로 제1,제2제어기의 제어채널의 고장을 판단하여, 가상 제어채널을 통해 제1,제2제어기의 구동 제어권을 제어하는 제3제어기;를 포함하여, 유압 작동기의 단일 채널 고장과 유압 작동기를 구동하는 제어기 내부의 단일 채널 고장에 의해 전체 유압 작동기 시스템의 기능 상실을 방지한다. |
