APPARATUS OF TAKING COMPACTION GROUTING SYSTEM INJECTION MANAGEMENT FIGURE FOR ANTI-SEISMIC REINFORCEMENT AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT

The present invention relates to a device for acquiring a compaction grouting system (C.G.S) injection control chart for anti-seismic reinforcement and a quality control including a pump unit injecting a preset amount of grout per unit hour underground at preset injection pressure; a sensor unit measuring a discharge pressure which is a pressure that the grout injected underground by the pump unit is discharged from the pump unit; and a monitoring unit computing the C.G.S injection control chart per depth based on the injection amount of the grout supplied by the pump per unit hour and the discharge pressure measured by the sensor unit. 본 발명은 내진보강 및 품질관리를 위한 C.G.S 주입관리도 획득 장치에 관한 것으로 지반의 내부로 그라우트를 단위시간당 정량씩 기설정된 정압의 주입압으로 주입하는 펌프유닛; 상기 펌프유닛에 의해 상기 지반의 내부로 주입되는 상기 그라우트가 상기 펌프유닛으로부터 토출되는 압력인 토출압을 측정하는 센서유닛; 및 상기 펌프유닛이 공급하는 상기 그라우트의 단위시간당 주입량 및 상기 센서유닛에서 측정된 상기 토출압을 바탕으로 심도별 주입관리도를 산출하는 모니터링유닛;을 포함한다.
