APPARATUS OF AUTOMATICALLY EXAMINATION FPCB AND AUTOMATIC EXAMINATION METHOD USING IT

The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically inspecting an FPCB durability, and a method for inspecting the same. The present invention checks a connection state of each terminal by automatically recognizing a connection pattern of an FPCB, and reliably inspects an FPCB by simulating a test environment similar to an actual use environment. Moreover, the present invention has the advantage of easily checking a connection state of an FPCB regardless of the kind of an FPCB, and ensuring reliability of an FPCB by performing a test environment similar to an actual use environment. 본 발명은 FPCB 내구성 자동 검사장치 및 그 검사 방법에 관한 것으로서, FPCB의 연결 패턴을 자동으로 인식해서 각 단자의 연결 상태를 확인하고 실제 사용 환경과 유사한 테스트 환경을 모의하여 신뢰성 있게 FPCB을 검사하는 구성을 제공하고 있다. 이에 본 발명은 FPCB의 종류와 관계없이 FPCB의 연결상태를 손쉽게 확인할 수 있으며, 또한 실제 사용환경과 유사한 테스트 환경을 수행할 수 있어 FPCB의 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
