3 DIMENSIONAL SCANNER AND SYSTEM OF THE SAME

The present invention relates to a three-dimensional scanner capable of three-dimensionally scanning signals such as electromagnetic waves generated in electronic components, printed circuit boards, electronic apparatuses and the like, and a three-dimensional scanner system. The three-dimensional scanner comprises: a scanning object holder that holds a scanning object; a rotary support member which rotates the scanning object holder; two or more probes that receive a signal generated from the scanning object; a probe holder which holds the two or more probes; a support member that supports the probe holder; a body unit which is connected to the rotary support member and the support member; a switch which selects one of the two or more probes; and a signal output unit that outputs the signal received from the selected probe. 본 발명은 전자 부품, 인쇄회로기판, 또는 전자 장치 등에서 발생하는 전자파 등의 신호에 대한 3차원 스캐닝을 가능하게 하는 3차원 스캐너 및 3차원 스캐너 시스템에 관한 것이다.
