Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a rubber adhesion method on a carbon steel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method of the rubber adhesion method on the carbon steel comprises: a step of removing grease of a metal base material which is a carbon steel material; a step of applying chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) rubber adhesion to a surface of the metal base material of which a surface carbon layer has been destroyed; a step of curing the rubber on a upper surface of the CSM rubber adhesion; and a step of vulcanizing hydrogenated nitrile (HNBR) rubber adhesion to the upper surface of the CSM. According to the present invention, the rubber may be coupled to the carbon steel base material in such a manner that the rubber is bonded by a superior adhesive strength such that the rubber may be bonded with further various bonding shapes.
본 발명은 탄소강 기재 상의 고무 접착 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 탄소강 기재 상의 고무 접착 방법은, 탄소강 소재의 금속기재를 탈지 시키는 단계를 포함한다. 상기 탈지된 금속기재의 표면 탄소층을 파괴하는 단계를 포함한다. 상기 표면 탄소층이 파괴된 금속기재의 표면에 CSM(Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene)계 고무 접착제를 도포하는 단계를 포함한다. 상기 CSM계 고무 접착제 상면에 HNBR(Hydrogenated Nitrile) 고무를 가류시키는 단계를 포함한다. |
