Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method of life assessment diagnosis for high voltage motors comprising the stages of: receiving by a controlling part at least one measured value among the number of starting-up of a high voltage motor, the temperature of a wiring, the vibration of a bearing, rated voltage, rated current, and start-up torque; and calculating at least one life ratio among stator wiring, rotor wiring, bearing and rotor based on the input measuring value by the controlling part.
본 발명은 고압전동기 수명 예측 진단 방법에 관한 것으로, 제어부가 고압전동기의 기동횟수, 권선온도, 베어링진동, 베어링온도, 기동전압, 기동전류, 정격전압, 정격전류 및 기동토크 중 적어도 하나 이상의 계측값을 입력받는 단계 및 상기 제어부가 상기 입력된 계측값에 근거하여 고압전동기의 고정자 권선, 회전자 권선, 베어링 및 회전자 축 중 적어도 하나 이상의 수명율을 산출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
