More particularly, the Tteokgalbi steak containing wild edible greens comprises 100 parts by weight of wild edible greens, 140 to 190 parts by weight of a supplementary material and 5 to 30 parts by weight of a sauce mixture, wherein the wild edible greens include aster scabers, Cirsium setidens, brackens, shiitake, and wild mulberry leaves. The Tteokgalbi steak consisting of the components above is added no chemical preservers or chemical seasonings, and has the wild edible greens, thereby improving the health of people. Also, the Tteokgalbi steak can be used as a meal for busy modern people since a simple cooking thereof is possible. 본 발명은 산나물이 함유된 떡갈비 스테이크에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 산나물 100 중량부, 부재료 140 내지 190 중량부 및 양념혼합물 5 내지 30 중량부를 포함하며, 상기 산나물은 참취, 곤드레, 고사리, 표고 및 산뽕잎을 포함한다.상기의 성분으로 이루어지는 떡갈비 스테이크는 화학보존제나 화학조미료가 첨가되지 않고 산나물 성분이 함유되어 건강을 증진시키며, 영양성분이 풍부하게 함유되어 있고 간편하게 조리가 가능하기 때문에 바쁜 현대인들의 한끼 식사로 적용할 수 있는 효과를 나타낸다.
