INSPECTION CLAMP FOR PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD

The present invention relates to an inspection clamp for a substrate. The inspection clamp for a substrate comprises: a C-shaped fixed handle having two fixing pieces of a pincer formed at both ends thereof as the pincer is divided into the fixed pieces and movable pieces; a movable handle coupled to the two movable pieces of the pincer at both ends of the linear rod thereof and having the center part folded into a C-shape to form the movable angle of the pincer at which the movable handle moves on a hinge pin of the pincer functioning as a central axis with respect to the fixed handle; substrate clamping guides coupled to the outside of the two fixed pieces, and having two inverse L-shaped rods close to each other and the end expanded such that the substrate can be easily inserted into. According to the inspection clamp for a substrate, a user opens the pincers at both ends while gripping the fixed handle and the movable handle with hands, grips the upper part of the substrate while fitting the substrate clamping guides in both sides of the substrate and releasing the movable handle, and then lifts the substrate with the fixed handle. According to the present invention, the inspection clamp for a substrate allows a user to freely inspect the substrate by lifting up the substrate from a substrate tray box without touching the substrate by hands; thereby preventing the substrate inspection process from being the reason of the damaged substrate. 본 발명은 집게를 힌지핀에 고정된 고정편과 가동편으로 구분할 때, 2개의 집게 고정편이 양단에 형성된 ㄷ형 고정 핸들과; 직선형 로드 양단에 상기 2개의 집게 가동편에 결합시키고, 중심부는 상기 고정 핸들에 대해 집게의 힌지핀을 중심축으로 하는 집게 가동각을 형성시키도록 ㄷ형으로 접철시킨 가동 핸들과; 상기 2개의 고정편에 각각 외측으로 결합되는 것으로서, ㄱ자형으로 꺽여진 2개의 로드가 밀착 형성되며 단부는 기판이 쉽게 삽입되도록 확개된 기판클램핑 가이드로; 구성되어 손으로 상기 고정 핸들과 가동 핸들을 잡으면서 양단의 집게를 벌리고, 기판 클램핑 가이드를 기판 양측에 끼우고 상기 가동 핸들을 풀어 상기 집게로 기판 상측을 잡아, 고정 핸들로 기판을 들어 올리는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 검사용 클램프에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하여 기판 트레이 박스에서 기판을 손을 대지않고 집어 들어올려 자유롭게 검사할 수 있게 하여 기판의 검사 공정이 기판의 손상원인이 되는 것을 차단하는 기판 검사용 클램프가 제공되는 이점이 있다.
