Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing insulation fabric impregnated with aerogel using a dipping method. The apparatus for manufacturing insulation fabric impregnated with aerogel comprises: a supply unit which is equipped with a supply roll around which fabric is wound; a mixing unit including a mixing tank into which aerogel powder, organic solvents, and additives are put, an agitator which stirs the materials within the mixing tank, a supply line which supplies the mixture made in the mixing tank to a dipping bath, and a recovery line which recovers the mixture in the dipping bath back to the mixing tank; a dipping unit including the dipping bath which accommodates the mixture including aerogel, a pressing roller which pressurizes moving fabric dipped in the mixture, and a blade which contacts the fabric so as to discharge excessive mixture over-impregnated from the fabric; a drying unit equipped with a dryer which dries the fabric which went through the dipping unit; a joint unit equipped with a pressing roller which applies a joining material to a surface or both surfaces of the fabric gone through the drying unit; and a recovery unit equipped with a recovery roll to reel the fabric joined with the joining material in the joint unit. The apparatus discharges gas pockets generated on the fabric before dipping so as to impregnate completely the mixture into the fabric, which improves the impregnation properties of aerogel into the fabric to produce higher-quality insulation fabric.
본 발명은 침지방식을 이용한 에어로겔이 함침된 단열원단의 제조장치 및 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 에어로겔이 함침된 단열원단을 제조하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 원단이 권취된 공급롤이 구비된 공급부; 에어로겔 분말과, 유기용매 및 첨가제가 투입되는 교반조, 교반조 내의 재료들을 교반하는 교반기, 교반조에서 혼합된 혼합물을 침지조에 공급하는 공급라인 및, 침지조의 혼합물을 교반조로 회수하는 회수라인이 구비된 혼합부; 에어로겔 분말이 함유된 혼합물을 수용하는 침지조, 혼합물에 침지되어 이동하는 원단을 가압하는 가압롤러 및, 원단에서 과함침된 잉여 혼합물을 배출하기 위해 원단과 접촉하도록 설치된 블레이드를 구비하는 침지부; 침지부를 통과한 원단을 건조하는 건조기가 구비된 건조부; 건조부를 통과한 원단의 일면 또는 양면에 합지부재를 합지시키는 가압롤러가 구비된 합지부; 합지부에서 합지부재가 합지된 원단을 권취하는 회수롤이 구비된 회수부;를 포함하여 이루어짐으로써, 침지 이전 원단에 형성되었던 기공(氣孔)을 배출하면서 혼합물이 원단에 완전히 함침되도록 하고, 원단에 대한 에어로겔의 함침능력을 향상시켜 보다 더 좋은 단열원단을 생산할 수 있도록 된 것이다. |
