Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a system and to a method for massive data transmission and cartographic representation for a three-dimensional map. The present invention determines optimal capacity of cartographic data according to a viewed height when the three-dimensional map is produced, divides each segmentalized step into lattices, loads and represent a detailed topography and a texture. The present invention includes: a topography setting unit which configures a topography step in a resolution of a first step to a ninth step; a lattice dividing unit which divides the topography into the lattices according to each step set from the topography step setting unit; an information edition processing unit which divides a satellite photo, an aerial photo, and a submarine topography texture such as lattice division according to the topography step; an attribute information granting and processing unit which thread-processes the four-divided topography and texture into a topography and information field according to the height and the angle; and a topography representing unit which represents the three-dimensional topography by determining whether to confirm and secure the step attribute information of the requested topography.
