Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a device for conditional advertisement and a service method thereof proposed to provide effective advertisement content by providing a detachable device such as a charger connected to a mobile phone or earphone at little or no cost. The device includes: a main circuit unit for performing an original function of a device; a controller controlling an operation of the main circuit unit to communicate with a mobile phone through an external connection terminal connected to the mobile phone, and when the advertising condition is not confirmed, limiting the operation of the main circuit unit; and an application installed in the mobile phone, communicating with the controller to confirm a connection of the device, and enabling the advertisement to be output from the mobile phone. According to the present invention, a device connected to a mobile phone can be used at little or no cost and enables effective advertisement.
