Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a sandwich panel, a method to manufacture the same, and a method to construct a wall using a sandwich panel. The sandwich panel comprises: an insulating board body having a fire retardant function, and consisting of a board-shaped body having a predetermined thickness; an adhesive coated on both sides of the insulating board body; and an outer cover for resin impregnation having a material wherein resin is impregnated in a non-woven fabric, and attached to both sides of the insulating board body by an adhesive and integrally formed with the insulating board body.
