The present invention relates to a substrate apparatus with an alignment mark and a light emitting device package, capable of aligning a light emitting device or a lens on a substrate. The substrate apparatus includes a substrate to receive the light emitting device and the alignment mark which is installed on the substrate to show the right position of the lens or the light emitting device. The alignment mark includes a first display part which is long formed in a first direction toward an alignment center and a second display pat which is long formed in a second direction toward the alignment center.
