According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cable transfer apparatus includes a body having at least one air spray hole to be disposed between adjacent cross bars of the cable tray. At least one air spray hole reduces the movement fraction of a cable to move from the cable tray by spraying compression air toward the cable to pass the upper body and by floating the cable.
