Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an environmentally-friendly textile without skin irritation, and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to an environmentally-friendly textile comprising: a base layer; an adhesion layer formed on an upper surface of the base layer; and a skin layer formed on an upper surface of the adhesion layer and made of a latex mixture. The environmentally-friendly textile formed as the stacked structure and the manufacturing method thereof form the adhesion layer and the skin layer in which an organic solvent does not remain on the upper surface of the base layer consisting of polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate, nylon, and a mixture thereof, and do not cause skin trouble. And phytoncide discharges by containing sun tree powder, thereby giving beneficial effects to human body.
