LINER-TYPE ELECTRIC GENERATOR USING WAVES

The present invention relates to a linear generator using waves and, more specifically, to a linear generator including: a case (100) fixated to be attached to a coastal fixing portion, and a buoy (200) provided on a lower part of the case (100) to rise and fall wherein the case (100) is vertically provided such that a permanent magnet (10) can move up and down in the center thereof; a stator coil (20) provided on the outer periphery of the permanent magnet (10); a stator coil (30) fixated to the outer periphery of the stator coil (20); an outer peripheral surface of the stator core (30) fixated to an inner wall of the case and as the buoy rises and falls by the waves, the permanent magnet moves up and down in the stator coil (20) generating electricity. A weight (300) is provided on a lower part of the buoy (200) and the upper and lower bodies of the buoy are symmetrically formed in a streamlined shape and the weight connected to the lower part of the buoy with a wire rope such that the buoy can vertically be elevated more stably and efficiently; thus improving the performance of the linear generator, and increasing the lifetime thereof.
