Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for preparing ginseng polysaccharide for immunological enhancement and ginseng polysaccharide for immunological enhancement prepared by the preparing method, and the present invention is characterized in that a concentrate type ginseng polysaccharide for immunological enhancement is prepared through (1) a raw material feeding step, (2) an extracting step. (3) a first filtering and cooling step, (4) a second filtering step, (5) a first concentrating step, (6) a step of feeding a concentrate in fermented alcohol, (7) a step of separating into a supernatant and a precipitate, (8) a precipitate collecting step, (9) a water adding and dissolving step, (10) a second concentrating step, (11) a low-temperature aging step, (12) a third concentrating step, (13) a bacteria killing step, and (14) a product manufacturing step.
