Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a power saving green smart LED display board. The power saving green smart LED display board includes an LED module which receives image information and input power necessary to display image information and displaying the information; a data input unit which transmits an image signal to a power control unit; the power control unit which controls the transmission of unnecessary power applied to the LED module; a data output unit which analyzes the image information for displaying the image signal; a DC converter which prevents transmission of unnecessary power; and a power output unit which supplies power necessary to drive the image information. The present invention can provide stable power supply necessary to supply power by pixel unit of the LED module since mode detection delay does not occur.
