PUNCHING AND WELDING SYSTEM FOR BUMPER OF VEHICLE

Disclosed are a system to bore and weld a vehicle bumper and a method to bore and weld a vehicle bumper using the system. The features of the system includes: a boring device linearly moving and installed to bore the vehicle bumper in a position on a route; a welding station including a transfer jig moving between a welding position and a boring position while holding the vehicle bumper; and an ultrasonic welder performing bracket welding to a hole of the vehicle bumper in the welding position, and a plurality of welding stations arranged in a moving direction of the boring device. According to the present invention regarding to the production of the vehicle bumpers, the vehicle bumpers of different specifications having installation holes of various patterns are effectively supplied through efficient boring and welding work. When producing a variety of bumpers, the space and extent wherein the vehicle bumper of the boring and welding device is installed are reduced such that the costs for the facilities are reduced, and the operation of the facility and product flow in the production of the bumpers are simplified.
