TORREFACCION REACTING APPARATUS USING BIOMASS

The present invention relates to a torrefaction fuel production apparatus using biomass, and a method for producing torrefaction fuel using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technology for using torrefaction fuel production apparatus using biomass to produce torrefaction fuel by using a gasification reactor, which produces synthetic gas such as hydrogen, carbon monoxide, methane, etc. in a gas state by using solid state biomass. As a technical concept in order to achieve the purpose, the present invention is to produce torrefaction fuel by inputting lignocellulosic biomass from the upper part and heating under an anoxic condition. The torrefaction fuel production apparatus using biomass comprises a reactor having a drying zone, a pyrolysis zone, a combustion zone, and a reduction zone successively formed from the upper part of the inner space filled with the biomass; and a heat exchange unit installed at a gas discharge port formed at the lower part of the reactor, and exchanging heat by cross-flowing the synthetic gas discharged from the reduction zone and water supplied from outside. Accordingly, the torrefaction fuel production apparatus using biomass can produce torrefaction fuel by heating the lignocellulosic biomass input into the reactor under an anoxic condition.
