Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed are Ni nanopowder using high temperature plasma, and a method to manufacture the same. According to the present invention, the method to manufacture Ni nanopowder comprises: step (a) of forming Ni vapor by vaporizing a Ni powder basic material due to high temperature plasma by injecting the Ni powder basic material into a high temperature plasma area at 8000-12000°C; step (b) of forming Ni powder by contacting the Ni vapor with a cooling gas; and step (c) of obtaining Ni nanopowder whose average particle diameter is 50-100 nm, and wherein the difference between the maximum particle diameter and the minimum particle diameter is 100 nm or less by classifying the Ni powder. The cooling gas contains an oxygen-containing gas and an inert gas at a flow ratio of 1:0.05-1:0.2, so a NiO layer having the thickness of 10-20 nm is formed in the surface while the Ni powder is formed in (b) step. |
