Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for brazing heterogeneous molybdenum and titanium alloys. The present invention includes (a) a first heating step in which an Ag-Cu-based filler metal is arranged at a bonding portion of the molybdenum and titanium alloys, heating is performed up to 25°C to 100°C under the melting point of the Ag-Cu-based filler metal, and the state is maintained for a predetermined period of time; (b) a secondary heating step in which heating is performed up to 25°C to 100°C over the melting point of the Ag-Cu-based filler metal in the first heating step and the state is maintained for a predetermined period of time; and (c) a cooling step in which the Ag-Cu-based filler metal is cooled. According to the present invention, the melting point is much lower than the phase transformation temperature of Ti and Ti wettability is excellent, and thus no phase transformation is caused in the Ti alloy and sound brazing bonding is possible.
본 발명은 이종(異種)재료인 몰리브덴 합금과 티타늄 합금을 브레이징하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 브레이징 방법은, (a) 몰리브덴과 티타늄 합금의 접합부에 Ag-Cu계 필러금속을 배치한 후 상기 Ag-Cu계 필러금속의 융점 아래 25~100℃까지 가열하고 소정시간 유지하는 제 1 가열단계와, (b) 제 1 가열단계에서 상기 Ag-Cu계 필러금속의 융점 위 25~100℃까지 가열하고 소정시간 유지하는 제 2 가열단계 및 (c) 상기 Ag-Cu계 필러금속을 냉각시키는 냉각단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 브레이징 방법에 의하면, 융점이 Ti의 상변태온도보다 훨씬 낮을 뿐 아니라 Ti와의 젖음성이 우수하여, Ti 합금의 상변태를 초래하지 않으면서도 건전한 브레이징 접합이 가능해진다. |
