Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of semi-dried sausage having a chewy texture, which provides consumers with convenience as the sausage can be taken as it is without a separate cooking process, and to semi-dried sausage manufactured thereby. More specifically, the manufacturing method according to the present invention allows the cost reduction of materials, improvement of texture and standardization of the manufacturing method as a semi-dried sausage can be manufactured without using a natural or artificial casing. Furthermore, the manufacturing method according to the present invention manufactures a semi-dried sausage through injection molding, thereby producing sausages with various sizes and shapes, and increasing the purchase by consumers.
