The present invention relates to a handrail fixing structure for a construction handrail to adjust the horizontal by correcting the inclination of the handrail. The present invention comprises: a rail cover (26) formed in the front surface of a handrail (20), a trapezoidal projection (26a) and a trapezoidal groove (20g), an upper block (30) and a lower block (40) which are fixed, a horizontal axis (50) mounted on a bracket (56), a vertical groove (30g) (40g), a hollow shaft (60) mounted on the horizontal axis (50), ring guides (36) (46), a worm wheel (64) integrally formed on the end of the hollow shaft (60), support shafts (72) (74) to be inserted to vertical through holes (30k) (40k), a wrench insertion hole (26m) formed on the lower part of the rail cover (26), and a rubber ring (80) interposed on a spacing portion (G).
