Zusammenfassung:	A signal processing apparatus and a method thereof are disclosed. The signal processing apparatus includes: an analog signal processing unit to receive each of a multi-channel audio signal, a vibration signal and an impact signal to perform a signal adjustment including gain and offset control and filtering, and perform a programmable anti-aliasing filtering; a digital signal processing unit to convert and compress each signal outputted by the analog signal processing unit to a digital signal and output the digital signal; and an output unit to externally output each digital signal outputted by the digital signal processing unit.
